STH (Super Treasure Hunt) are very rare pieces that look like an ordinary mainline, but in reality it is a more detailed model with rubber wheels. You can tell by the gold flame on the card under the toy and the TH sticker on the side of the model. The occurrence of these rare pieces is random and very limited, therefore they are very rare!
